Oh wait, it was the based Testarossa. No car made before 2005 it can do the moose test faster, except for the 1999 Xantia Activa which is the fastest to this day. And the ones after 2005 are mostly Porsches, two McLarens and the V10 R8. The active damping ECU is as primitive as it gets, as many advancements as the F50 had (engine as stressed member, pushrod suspension, etc.) the "computers" were way behind the times. The Bosch Motronic system was barely changed from the mid 80s.

I think they're both ugly, but the f40 is ugly in a brutish, utilitarian way that matches the way it drives (not that I've driven one).

The f50 feels ugly in an over-designed, meme trend way with awful proportions and faggy swoops everywhere.

Those are my own thoughts on the aesthetics of the two vehicles.
