Girlfriends co-worker took me and her for a drive in her STI. Never had so much fun in a car, and now I can't even get in my own car without a feeling of regret (Genesis Coupe 2.0T Automatic). It will be paid off next month, and I'm itching to get something as fast, or faster than one. The thing is, I put $1k down on a Tesla 3, and know how god-speed those electric cars are. Should I just wait for the Tesla, or buy something else? If so, what would be faster/better than an STI? Focus RS? The Elantra Sport was pretty fun too, and LAP3 is promising an additional 80HP from a tune, but it might be too heavy.

I didn't know how to drive a manual at the time. Now that I've been riding motorcycles for a few years, it should be an easy transition.
