I recently acquired a 2001 Firebird with the 5.7. Do you guys think its a good idea do buy Louvers for it?
Also Cars with Louvers thread

looks gay on 4th gens much better on 3rd gens

louvers are the equivalent of fake side scoops
boomer equivalent of ricey bodykits and fuckhuge wings
>>16911373
Except louves have an actual function you dicktwat. On rear windows with a slope of around 45 degrees or less they prevent the car from becoming a fucking oven on a sunny day. Also they're more classy than stupid tint.

But would you think its a good idea seeing as my car has such a big rear window?

Look at all the rice on this Miura

>boomer equivalent of ricey bodykits and fuckhuge wings
Boomers invented body kits and fuckhuge wings

Why don't modern cars have louvres then? Do they just design them to have high angled rear windows?

>Why don't modern cars have louvres then?
because rear window louvres fell out of fashion in the 90s.
>>16911789
I'd imagine that it also has privacy uses since you cant really look in from behind it right?
>>16911789
Actually he's right modern cars have much higher angled back windows (and better polarized glass)

even tough you btfo the motherfucker claiming louvres are shit, which is a statement i totally disagree with, you shouldn't be posting the word rice and miura in the same sentence, shame on you.
where do i find these? google shows nothing for my vehicle. sad!
fucking love louvers, but I worry how much they fuck up aerodynamics.
Trying to score some for my Z31 is a real bitch though.
Been thinking about getting them for my '15 Camaro but idk if it'd be gay and/or tacky on a modern car. Thoughts /o/?

Good luck, my brother has a Z31 aswell. trying to find any parts usually means going to junkyard and praying

So... Is it a decent idea to have on a '01 Firebird
