I have a 2005, auto, 258k miles, mostly highway. No issues besides nasty body rust and a bad fuel air mixture sensor.
How high can I rev it before I damage something?
5600

Cool.
I find it hard to pass even the slowest fuckers safely. It's a reliable little lump of ruat, though.

*rust
How do I get rid of all the body rust anyway?

I worked at a Toyota dealership as a detailer many moons ago and a 2006 VE model came in as a used car trade. It was nicely appointed for a mid ranged model, drove nice, had low miles and was well cared for. It was very clean we barley had to touch it. I strongly considered buying it for a DD. I take care of my cars, and this one was one I could keep in good condition because the first owner did a good job.
It gets sold, and winds up across the street from my mothers house in a five car family where no one know how to take care of anything. Their son has ate about 5 cars over 5 years. I have watched this once nice auto deteriorate in front of my eyes. Now it has sat unmoved in a corner of the driveway for over six months, I bet it will be scrapped soon. Dents, rust, filth. I hear its cries, but I cannot help. So close, yet so far away.
I will always keep thinking, it would have been different with me.
This is why I can't sell two current cars own. I know whoever gets them next won't treat them as good as myself.

That sucks, man. I can't even imagine going through a car a year. I really value something that took so much energy to manufacture.
I had a really nice Accord ('97, 167k miles). I even made a replacement lid for the center console out of wood. I hit black ice and ran into a curb, fucked up the alignment past the point of being worth it to fix, as I can't wrench. The wheel was about 30 degrees to the right when I was going straight. A guy bought it for $500 saying he'd part out his son's Accord and make it driveable. I hope he did.

Feels to the reals. The night I hit 166,666, my parents busted me for smoking bud.

It was nice, no rust at all.
