what's with how bright headlights are now? i'm driving more at night right now and feel like every cheap average car is blinding me as they drive by. am i just sensitive to light? or has headlight brightness gone up lately?

well with OEM LED and replacement bulbs becoming a new meme i would say the headlights have gotten brighter, but a lot of it is people who dont adjust their lights properly after replacing the housings because
>muh yellow lens
Could be that the roads have been wet a lot lately, making the light reflect?

i don't know, but i just took my stock 1998 truck out of winter storage and i get off when people flash their brights at me because they think i'm highbeaming them, and i reciprocate by turning my lights on full blast
they always sheepishly drive away while i'm lmaoing at their life

Brighter = safer, right?
Thus, the brighter the lights, the safer the car. This is important for selling crossovers, especially when they're cranked off the floor to be able to mount kerbs.
