The top trim of the mustang right now is the GT350R, they're not really comparable since one is a track car and one is meant for straight line speed.

A camaro ZL1 would be a more fair comparison to the hellcat, they're pretty even straight line wise I believe(haven't really seen any youtube vids of them drag racing) the ZL1 would absolute rape the hellcat on a track though

well Ford doesn't make the Mustang Boss. But there's the Shelby GT350 with 526 HP.
And the top trim Camaro, currently, is the ZL1 with 650 HP. Although it has been confirmed GM is working on a Z28 to slot above the ZL1 and it's going to get a DOHC V8

I have a Challenger SRT as well. People seem to love the Scat. I think a lot of it is because of the price compared to an SRT but most trims look pretty similar so if you only care about what's under the hood a Scat is a good choice. I don't think I've seen a T/A in person yet. Go test drive everything that interests you and see which one sticks.

T/A is the track-oriented of the two.

If you feel you need the bigger tires and brakes, go for it.

For day to day driving, the Scat Pack (what I have) is the better bang for buck and my only complaint would be the stock tires.

Get 275/40/20s ASAP, see if you can talk the salesman into letting you buy your own tires, bring them in, and have them take the stock ones in for a discount on the price of the car ($500 or so maybe)

Considering they're stock tires I'm sure they'd have no problems selling them.

I've driven all 3. The Camaros visibility isn't all that much of an issue day to day. The biggest complaint for me was the right rear blind spot. But the car is fairly short, so you can usually see your average car/truck in the mirror there. Something small like a miata probably not. The challenger had an even bigger RR blind spot.

If the Challenger wasn't as huge as it is and was closer to the size of the Camaro or the Mustang, I'd be driving a Challenger right now.
