Set them up pointing of a cliff the drive up them as fast as you can.
Chock them so they don't slip, or jack up the car and set them on those so all you have to do when you're done is roll off of them.
Return them. They are called widow's ramp for a reason.

I think it'll be ok. These are made from steel and I am using them actually in addition to the jack stands that you also see in the picture. Not to mention I am also going to keep the hydraulic jack in place with my wheel chocks and a wheel or two under the car just in case.

I cut pieces of wood to create a ramp. Doesn't slip due to the added static friction. 4 different layers so I can count steps as it goes up and also rest it at each one. I can also block the end to prevent me from overshooting.
10x the strength for similar cost and will last a lifetime. Easily recycable of needed. Only downside is that it is heavy, but are you a woman?
