Please don't. My uncle bought one of these and he molested me and my sister when we were younger. It mentally scarred us. My sister is a heroin addict now, and I'm a recovering addict. After years of therapy I have come to terms with what has happened to me. It was not our fault, and we did absolutely nothing to deserve that.

My uncle had the 2004 z06 hardtop coupe and bought it new. He ended up putting about 57k on it before selling it. Overall the car served my uncle well and had plenty of power to boot. It was one of the few places I felt safe in, because I knew he wouldn't touch me while driving since he drove manual. Thats probably.why I've only driven manuals, thanks uncle Jerry.

The choice is yours anon. The car is decent but after knowing everything I have been through, it just doesn't seem worth it.

Make sure you know that you are driving a sports car and not a shitbox. A guy I work with bought a great condition C5 z06. He totaled it within a month, he lost control and did a barrel roll and that was the end of the C5. I'm not saying the c5 is a force to be reckoned with but when you're coming from a 85hp civic, a c5 is quite a step up.
