how do you accidentally slide / drift a car?
first time driving in the snow these last couple days and it's not as exciting as I thought it would be. Couldn't even do mad skids in a parking lot after work because the snow plow was already lurking there.
Most I got was some understeer with my FWD shitbox when I did try to go sonic in one of the inner roads near my work. Can I actually do donuts with a FWD without killing my handbrake?

Yes, because you need to be a rally driver to let your foot off the throttle when your tyres start squealing. Highly advanced technique that requires specialist training to practice.

Pulling your handbrake when your wheels don't have traction is completely safe. This means you can either search for a snowy surface or put foodtray under your rear wheels and apply the handbrake before hand.
If you do both I don't know what will happen, but I'll let you know next winter because that looks like a fucking great plan.

Fwd is shit and not for drifting. You can only drift by applying the handbrake.
Rwd is best and actual awd (fuck that fwd based horseshit) is fun if you turn off traction control
