I'd also say to remove as much stuff as you reasonably can. For example, Seats are heavy as shit, especially the rear row.
Of course, doing that will stop it from doing its original intended purpose of hauling lots of people around. On the upside, you can now use it as a pseudo cargo-van

Modern minivans are already way faster than you'd expect them to be, generally due to engines that are meant to carry seven people and their shit so when the van is empty it's a big difference.

Best answer is buy an old square-body Dodge Caravan with the turbo-4 and boost the piss out of it.
