What would you build
Twin turbo S62
In an E34 Touring
LS1 in a golf cart
4.3 Vortec in an original VW Beetle

this but in a gocart for better weight distribution
>>16821768
V6 is already the perfect engine, but maybe a double helix design can fit more cylinders.
I'd use universal joints on the driveshaft so the engine can be in its own hydrolic suspension- protected from vibrations
>>16821815
oh and I have to use pneumatic valves so it can operate at high rev.
>>16821768
Lightweight inline 4 2.0 turbodiesel engine that can fit in small offroaders
All aluminum short deck Windsor, 400ci +, AFR heads, huge cam, 14:1 compression, mill down and needle scale all the aluminum and paint it to make it look like iron heads/iron block. Stamped, plain valve covers, vintage Holman Moody intake, opened up Autolite 4100. 600hp, indistinguishable from a hopped up 289 from 1964

Go back in time and have this as the production engine of the C6 ZR1 instead of adding a supercharger to an LS3.

C6 ZR1 would be de-tuned to 600 HP instead of 775 though.

This, but with 11:1 compression so I can run street gas and 427 cubes and with one of those tbi EFI units
aluminum Windsor
4.200 bore
2.870 stroke
~318 cid
13.5:1
dual quad tunnel ram
ported and worked to hell wedge heads
180 degree headers
.7xx lift 290-ish @ 0.050 cam
I dunno maybe around 900hp at close to 10k rpm
>>16821923
>13.5 compression
>.7 in of lift
You'd need some absolutely retarded notched pistons to make that work
>>16821926
thats about right for a cam that big tho
its a damn full blown race engine
