The show died when the BBC decided to replace the trio with Evans (Top Queer), LeBlanc (the worst Friend), Schmitz (not all woman drivers are bad), (westbank) Jordan, Reid and Harris (Token darkies).

I honestly didn't think TG US was that bad. It was a stupid yes, blatantly staged, and sometimes cringeworthy but that's kinda what made it great. The first season was just pretty bad the ones after were good to decent once they strayed further away from the original TG formula.

unpopular opinion here, but to be fairly honest with you, I actually prefer this over the UK now. old top gear beats the shit out of this for sure. But it's really fun to watch sometimes, despite having scripted segments that a complete obvious that it's scripted.
