I lost a race to a pizza delivery guy in a mustang once, shit was hilarious..
I ordered a pizza later that night from the same place and he delivered it in like 5 minutes.

I did deliveries on my motorcycle for a pharmacy for awhile.

The pay was good and they reimbursed for gas.

Every day I'd do at least 200 miles, drive from Los Angeles to Orange county.

There were ridiculous amount of bad drivers, the random ass weather changes, trying to find weird addresses, and delivering to some shit parts of town.

None of that was as bad as giving people their meds.

The pharmacy was exclusively for hospice patients. Every customer had 6 months or less to live, and all of them were in bad condition.

After a few weeks of delivering to someone, suddenly there would be no more deliveries, and you'd never hear about them again.

Nothing quite like spending 8 hours a day 5 days a week dealing exclusively with people who were suffering and wasting away.

Riding my motorcycle everywhere was a lot of fun, got to ride through some really nice areas, but by the end of the day all I wanted to do was fall asleep and stop thinking about death.

I've only raced against a coworker, once, in the rain, when I still had my CB7; I'm sure I could have stayed on his Baja-loving ass if my rear tires weren't balding, causing the rear to swing out on corners.

Now, I just do what I usually do and just rocket down the same winding road whenever a delivery is down that area, in my CM5.
