You mean back into a space? Use your mirrors and look behind you. Set yourself up beforehand. It's actually easier to maneuver, just harder to see.

do it very slowly using first gear. When you feel the spot can be tight, make sure earlier there's noone behind you and just gently back up/

Do not drive into the parking spot. Just always back into it. This is always easier and better than driving into it.
