Actually don't get too scared of it. Just like the pic in the sticky says they're not for beginners because they do take some tlc to keep on the road but they really are fairly easy to work on. Just have a decent set of tools and the chiltons manual and you'll be ok. The community for that car is huge and very helpful. Any problems you might have with it, someone else has already had, and put the solution online.
