Idk the engine size, never really cared to find out since her car is a to b kind. But these are the things ive noticed about it.

-seats are comfy, especially with seat warmers for long trips.
-back seat has good room for activities
-with back seat folded down, plenty of storage
-fantastic mpgs, but granted I drive a 13mpg truck.
-seem peppy, even in eco mode.

Id say it's a good city car and one you can take on road trips (if its just you +1), but idk about Nissan reliability (though no problems with this one).

Stock, they are ugly as sin, but with the sporty edition, they kind of look like a hot wheels car.

Sat nav is a bitch though, wont let you mess with the map while moving.

Get any car you're thinking of buying compression tested with a genuine Mazda rotary compression tool. Good compression results are in the 6-7 bar region. It's more important that all rotor faces have even compression as opposed to high compression.

Any original engine with more than 60k miles will need rebuilding soon.

Any built engine probably has ~30k miles life at most.

Don't buy anything bridge-ported.

Check any car for rust on the subframe and and around the ARB mounts.

Make sure the interior is in good shape, good interior panels are very hard to find.
