What are some cars that might not be fast, but are still fun to drive at lower speeds. I'm talking about those cars that feel like you're driving a go cart on the highway, and can still be enjoyable within 10 mph of the speed limit.

Any MR2. 01-06 Spyder if you want a convertible. The 90s MK2s are fun, although rare.You can hit 60 accelerating in 3rd, and it has plenty of power for the freeway. It sits low to the ground, and feels much faster than it is.
