The best GT3 can be determined by 3 factors

- How big the manufacturer is
- How long it plans to support the car
- How new it is

The best GT3 is either the AMG, the Audi or the yet to be released Aston Martin.

Porsche is a good one too, gets very favourable BOPs in most series.

Aston Martin will have the benefit of being very established in the GT3 scene (lots of political pull) + lopsided new car BOP + very long support considering for how long they've been supporting the Vantage

No The McLaren 650S GT3 has it beat in number of high-profile championship titles -- mostly because McLaren employs a bunch of factory drivers in works teams running in different series. The McLaren GT program has won 9 titles in 2016 alone which include championships in Blancpain and PWC.
