To pay a shop to do it: way more than the cost of the car
If you took a few years of community college auto body classes and practiced a lot you could do that job yourself, you would need to find a parts car which shouldn't be too bad. That car just isn't worth it though imo. Get this instead

Isolating out other issues, what should be considered too high on the odometer? I see wide ranges and I'm not sure how important the numbers are.
