To pay a shop to do it: way more than the cost of the car
If you took a few years of community college auto body classes and practiced a lot you could do that job yourself, you would need to find a parts car which shouldn't be too bad. That car just isn't worth it though imo. Get this instead

I'm shopping for my first car, and I want a good beater to learn on. Wouldn't mind something that looks 80's cool though...

Isolating out other issues, what should be considered too high on the odometer? I see wide ranges and I'm not sure how important the numbers are.
