Can someone help me figure out whats going on with my car

I have an 09 Altima, and while driving right now I felt a misfire. The misfire lasted about a quarter to half a mile when it just randomly went away. I drove about 4-5 miles with no problems. The car ran like normal. Should I be worried? Are random misfires a thing?

might be a coil going out

don't worry about it, doesn't do any harm.

Would be a good time to diagnose your ignition coils if the problem presists.
