It's taking me too long to find the car I really want, a boring old Camry. Only be using to from a to b and work etc. So what is the next best car when it comes to just pure reliability

What's your budget?
Get a ninth gen Corolla, change the oil once in a while, it'll get you where you need to go. It never let me down, never left me stranded, and got 37 mpg with it

Corolla or Civic if you want to downsize. Accord if you want a not-a-Camry.

Yah wish they'd just die already
...a Corolla? Or an ES300 of some kind.
Avalon or ES300 then
Avalons are the most geriatric looking and feeling cars ever though, worse than a Buick century, which would also be a good choice for a cheap to fix and maintain roach car, A or W body, take your pick
Just saw a 95 Camry for $1000 with 185 on it

If you're in socal, I'm selling my 03 Camry for $2600.
