Can I fit a TRD 2014 Scion tC TRD exhaust onto a 2014 Camry? They both use the same 2.5L engine, and the TRD tC exhaust is nice because it gives a nice deep sound without sounding like some riced out Honda since it's factory tuned.

No.
The engine is the ONLY thing the tC shares with the Camry.
The tC has more in common with the Corolla than the Camry, and even then the exhaust wouldn't work.
The tC has a double wishbone IRS while the Corolla has a twist-beam rear axle
