I like box cars. they're extremely practical, and despite being boxy, they're often heavily styled and quirky. I like that. I love little quirky cars.
I have a soft sport for the Cube, but only with the 6 speed manual.

Everyone that drives box cars appear to be over 60 years old. However their target buyers are parents who want to buy their 16 year kid a car.

They're insanely practical in terms of usable space and I actually don't mind the styling.

I picked up a Cube a while ago as a cheap little second car and I love the thing.

Perspective doesn't really do it justice, but with the rear seats removed there's a crazy amount of space in the rear, and not just in terms of depth, but height as well, i've had a fully boxed dishwasher in mine, washing machine, downhill bike fits in there, camping gear, TONS of boxes of car parts, helping friends move etc

Easily has more space than my Forester and I honestly wish their were more cars like the Cube.

You guys got the Scion xB under a different name. You got the second gen model as the Toyota Rukus.

Scion was a brand used by Toyota only in America from 2004 to 2016, and in Canada from 2010 to 2016.

Boxy bump

A couple of my family members have xB's and they're good in terms of passenger room. I'm 6'2 and can easily sit in the backseat without feeling like my legs are getting crushed. I had a Cube as a rental once and other than being pretty gutless, it also had decent room for luggage and people. I don't know that I'd ever want to own one, but I can see the appeal.

I want a first gen Pajero and drop the suspension to car ride height but I'm not sure about the rear leaf springs
