Looks like you have some diarrhea in your car.

Torn CV boot.
>>16647540
that is a cv boot and its fukt.
>>16647540
Bad boot.
>>16647540
Boot has ruptured and the grease is spilling out. It's okay to drive with for a while but in the end all the grime from the road will get in the joint and ruin it. The lack of grease will also contribute to an increased wear and tear.
You'll probably want to change the boot, clean out the joint, and regrease it.

Figured as much, and going by the metal grinding noises the bearings are sitting without any grease.
Fuck me, how could have this happened, i just got the car.

Happens all the time. The rubber loses its flexibility over time and eventually one of those cracks become a fullblown rupture.
It's a quick and easy fix on most cars. Is this an Audi? It looks like one. Shouldn't be too complicated.

>how could have this happened
Depends. Usually the boot just wears out after a certain amount of miles, but I'd imagine a fallen tree branch or something could tear it open as well.
Not a very hard or expensive fix normally.
You have alien slime on your car. You need to clean it off before it re-metabolises into an eldritch horror.
