Between the Golf 3 and 4,which one is an all round better car?

The only thing the 3 has going for it is it's simpler. Less shit that will break. Probably.

Unless you get one made in Mexico, the 3 was the first Golf to be made there and it fucking shows.

Despite the Mark 4 being more complex and thus having more "quirks" as it gets older it is comfier, safer and more fun to drive.

After all it is the most sold Golf for a reason.

3 was much simpler, but for creature comforts the 4 is better. Honestly I wouldn't daily either one.
