Tesla used to have an executive seat option like that for the S, almost nobody chose it, probably the rarest option altogether aside from the original aero wheels. It just doesn't make any sense, the buyers of these cars (wealthy white people) don't regularly drive around with 4 adults, most of them have kids, or want to be able to fold the rear seat down for storage space for dogs/potted plants/golf clubs. Not sure what Lucid is thinking, but I guess when you make vaporware companies comprised of Tesla employees that got fired for bad ideas this is the kind of thing that happens.

If you're comparing it to the p100d yes
0-60 in 2.5 seconds so it is slower

Then again it will cost 100-160k initially and will go down to 60k once the factory is 100% complete, the price of a base Tesla

I think it looks pretty ugly.

That said, I haven't heard or seen much about this fucking car, so I'm looking into it now. Just wary about new entrants into the EV market in general after the disaster that was the Faraday Future, though if this company isn't being run by Chinese it might be successful and actually deliver the product.
