DC5 Starts in 2002
It's reliable if you can find one that hasn't been beat up on (you probably can't, but I found a DC2 GSR that's 21 years old and unmodified so it's not impossible)
At this point it's literally a premium civic for people who don't want the Honda badge, so you probably can't go too wrong with it. Mileage? 8k implies it's relatively clean and low mileage (under 110k)
If it's already been modded walk away, not because that's bad but because if you have to ask these questions then you probably aren't prepared to inherit someone else's build.
