Because overall best is going to be subjected to how a person weighs each of those categories. And I'm sure I missed a category or two.

Mazda objectively has the best manual transmissions. Miatas and RX8s have won awards for their gearboxes.

Except they cost thousands. A cd009 is just as strong but it's cheap. Only problem is they're quite big.
