Should I buy a 2012 Mazdaspeed3 or a 2013 Hyundai Genesis 2.0? I don't really need the extra interior space the mazda offers, mostly just looking for something quick that's decently reliable for the next few years.

Neither, get a bus pass

They will both be about equally reliable.
The speed3 is faster but has torque steer like a btitch, the Genesis is slower but being rwd you can have a bit more fun with it then the speed3.
the Genesis will stand out more then the speed3
Genesis.
Just keep an eye on the discs so they don't warp.

what's wrong your current car?
Shiiiit OP. I'm actually looking to get a new-to-me used car, as I drive an old grandma car.
>Hyundai Genesis
Why I wasn't looking into these cars, I don't know. Looks nice. Thanks.

the 3.8 genesis is far better

Costs more to fix at this point than the car is worth. Which also happens to be more than ill need for a down payment on something made in this decade.

Should I buy this.

the Genesis is probably one of the most dailyable sports coupes you can buy, but I would prefer a brz or 86

You just have noodle arms. As a mazdaspeed 3 owner there is little torque steer, it's not bad at all. Just use two hands when wot and you are fine.
>>16586257
Hyundai, but then you might as well look for other cars.
>>16586324
>speed3 is faster
Theyre about even in any test you can find online with the gen coming out a few tenths on most of them.
Telling anyone that these cars are anything but even as far as acceleration is just talking out your ass.

The 2.0 Genesis is utter shit.
You would be better off with a v6 mustang desu senpai
