lower manhattan to be specific. i grew up in the bronx, and i occasionally go around there and queens to fuck with my boys. My parents live in westchester. I drive around quite a bit. There really isnt much traffic past 12 unless the FDR is partly closed. So going out with a nice car at night is viable, and a power trip.
