Couldn't really read any of the posts, lost too may brain cells by the time I got halfway through. If you can't figure out how to find power/ground with a multimeter nobody is going to be able to help you remotely.

Why didn't you just turn the knob from ohms to volts to verify that? It's a MULTI meter, it does more than one thing.

You don't understand how 12v electricity works. You measured voltage at pin x on a connector. How much voltage? Did you unplug the connector and measure for continuity between the same pin and chassis ground? Did you backprobe it while it's plugged in and record the voltage? Did you check continuity between that pin and the pin on the other side of the circuit? Did you unplug that connector as well? Nobody on that shitty app can help you because-
A. you aren't providing good information
B. no decent mechanic would go home and do remote diag for next to no money on a shitty app
C. the communication problem is too extreme because both parties are apparently illiterate

i did..yes im getting continuity..i was probing ground 203 under the dash..and it gave me -11.4 ohms which means there is voltafe present..i measured in volts and got 0.03 i belive. there shouldnt bee any voltage present because its a ground

they are supposed to provide you the diagrams thats what you pay them.for. i have read like 5 threads on that website and everytime the expert will provide a simple diagram not tell you to go to the dealership
