An old Bentley is one car you might actually have trouble finding someone to service unless you live in a major metro area. For new, expensive cars dealerships have a network to service cars from rural areas/wherever and can arrange transport, so it shouldn't be a challenge to get even the rarest new exotic serviced. I worked on a car that was shipped all the way from Guam once for repairs.
