Can I just pump my parking brake until i get them fixed? (manual transmission and i'm only driving around in town, no highways)
I've been using my parking brake to make stops in town, I shift to neutral before doing it, will this fuck my car up or no since i'm only going between 10-30 mph

Using engine braking and the handbrake is okay, but your brakes are there for a very good reason.

Is your booster shot? If so, you might be better off pressing the pedal really hard, you can get quite a bit of stopping power out of unboosted brakes if you really try.
And yes do get it fixed dude

at 30mph if you have to make a emergency stop with your handbrake you are going to be fucked. Get them fixed its not very expensive m8
