You can say I don't know anything about it. You don't need to tell them who it was regardless of what they tell you. You just say "I don't know, it wasn't me." and hire a lawyer because you're probably going to need it.

I've been rolled on by chp going 95+. I was trying to play with a charger and camaro when they came up. They (obviously) saw my plate and just shined a light on me and kept after the other 2. Absolutely nothing happens. Nothing matters unless they physically see you operating the car/bike. That individual police officer may or may not remember you but again he can't do anything unless he saw you do something illegal. You being on a bike makes it even harder to distinguish.
