Need to get a new car soon, considering the Outback/Forester.

bought a 04 forester xt few months ago, been cool so far. horrendous wind noise coming from the side mirror area tho

How many miles, and anything wrong with it when you bought it/in the time you've owned it? And what did you pay?

paid 6400 for it, about 116k miles, no problems so far other than a small oil leak coming from the oil filter than i already knew about

Bought a 97 Outback with the DOHC 2.5 engine

>need a pct valve, 20 bucks from Subaru
after that, it's been running pretty good but here's some cons I have with it.
>It's slow
>Really slow
>It's not the best on mpg, 24 mpg with 70% freeway driving.
Literally owned a Riviera with a 3800 before this car and it would get 30-31 mpg easily freeway
Pros
>Boxer sound, I like it
>Space, literally going to a coupe to a wagon I literally don't regret it at all
>It's easy to navigate and park
>Sticks to the road and handle beautifully in the rain and snow

I don't regret buying
