Just bought a 21 year old truck rust is not bad but i want to remove it. All of it frame rails underbody suspension. What is the best way.

Get someone to coat the underside.

You have to take it apart down to frame, remove every piece, bolt and nut, clean and paint everything then reassemble.

Or just ignore it like a normal person

Make a Tri-Soduim Phosphate solution. Put it in a spray bottle and douse the effected area. Shit works wonders. I've used it extensively.
