Short the ignition wire to permanent live and then do the same with the starter.

Should've asked google or youtube. I can do it, but I couldn't possibly write a comprehensive guide on how to in the time a video takes to explain it.

>get the longest, thiccest screwdriver you can find
>make sure the handle is rubber or plastic
>short starter solenoid
>withdraw screwdriver quickly to avoid arc welding it to the car

Withdrawing the screwdriver quickly and creating an air gap is how the arc starts. If you're holding it on there nice and solid you won't weld anything.
