That poor STi, it's been mongled to look like an Evo X. Why didn't the fuck just get an evo if that's what he wanted?

Is it too late for me? I'm 18, and all I want to do is be able to have fun in my car with my friends. I found a guy who runs a semi-underground tuner shop, and every once in a while he'll mention street racing, but I've never asked him much about it.
I want to be able to go out at 2 in the morning, find people like me, and just have fun with them.
Worst of all, I live in Florida and the only fun road we have is in a residential area, and I'm not that much of an asshole.
