As long as it's holding air drive on it. But if you hit a curb again or take really hard turns the tire will unseat from the rim but you should be okay to get to a dealer to buy a new rim.

This asshole came off the highway and claimed he didn't hit anything despite the D/F inner tie rod being bend to hell.

I've seen this happen before...you might find it gets unbalanced and feel vibration at freeway speeds since the weight of the rim is unbalanced like I observed.
