Yeah shit's gay
I got 3 points last month for going 16km over in a 100 zone. Was going down a windy ass road behind someone going about 30, like way too cautious for what the road is and there were cars and trucks backed up for a few hundred meters. I blast past em at the base of the mountain and that's the day they decide to set up one of those mobile cameras.
What state? I think you can lane filter on bikes once you're unrestricted in my state (NSW)

Im in NSW, i filtered along Old Windsor Rd when i was on my L's, wasn't stupid about it, was doing 20km/h in stopped traffic, used to cycle a lot and filtered on a bicycle (still do) motorbike cop fined me

Old Windsor, north of Parramatta? That's a pretty busy road for the traffic cops. I hardly ever drive down there without seeing one. I agree it's pretty gay L's and P's can't filter legally. Meanwhile out here in the country there's not even enough lanes on the roads to filter.
I think if the worst does happen and you lose your last demerit points you can apply for good behaviour, be a good boy for a year and all is forgiven. Found out the other day that road train drivers can have an extra point on their licenses to help them keep their jobs but they gotta make special applications and shit.

P platers cant elect good behaviour periods, reserved for full licence riders/drivers, yeah i rode on the median/nature strip on Old Windsor the last time i was on it, so technically its not filtering ;)
>be fresh P plater
>Had licence 3 months
>going 63 in a 50 zone in mums car
>930 PM
>going home from work
>FLASH
>fuck
>tell mum
>get done for 59 kmh
>didnt lose license
>mum took the two points anyway
I reckon the cop pressed "decrease" a few times because i was definitely punching 63-65
Makes me miss the P plate days
>driving home from work, late at night
>hitting apex's around corners, hoonin' etc
>speed past a cop car going in opposite direction
>flashing lights
>"what's the rush m8?"
>keep denying that I was speeding no matter how hard they pressed me
>they go check my license
>"m8 you're on a good behaviour bond and have racked up 7 speeding fines, if I ever catch you speeding around here again you're fucked"
>his associate suggests to check for defects
>they can't find shit and reluctantly let me go with a warning because they had no proof about anything
Pic related, my impretzel. Miss it ;_;

speedo's are usually out a fair bit compared to your actual speed
