They'll be outsourced. I barely have the time to do orders as is. If I did them myself, costs would be cheaper, but you wouldn't get your shirt for quite a while which I really don't want to happen.

Basically, the plan is this.
I'm gonna try to make 3 or 4 designs, set up pre-orders like 2-3 weeks in advance so that I can have an exact number of shirts and sizes, send them off and hopefully keep the cost at or below $20.

Ideally, I'd like to treat it like a MassDrop where the cost to everyone goes down as more shirts are ordered and you aren't charged until the end, but I don't know how to set that up.

Yeah, I've been a bit shitty lately, sorry about that.
I was super busy over the holidays and got really backed up on orders. I'm mostly up to date. I've still got a few from last week that I need to finish but everything ordered by the first or second has been shipped.

inb4 can chime in, but I think the reason his is so fast is because he pre-cuts/prints everything and just sells stuff until it sells out, then cuts more and restocks.
I (and probably Notori and BD) make everything on a per-order basis so it takes longer.
I'd like to do it how inb4 does it but It takes more work in the beginning. That and I've got over 30 colors and almost 100 products which means I'd have to make more than 300 stickers and never sell half of them. I could be more smart about what products I sell and whatnot but in the end it's just me being lazy and bad at planning.
