Absolutely yes. Given the opportunity, I would purchase tires in good faith at a fair price from anyone.

I am also not a vegetarian.
It's not my choice the price a seller puts on an item.
I don't argue when I pay for a toothbrush in rite aid, I don't argue when I buy a meal made by an abused an overworked line cook.

And I'll sure as hell not pass up on good tires. Whatever moral qualms you have, I feel it's important you isolate where they come from and proceed accordingly.

If you were poor would you. I too am able to purchase tires in a completely legal manner, however there have been poi take in my life when I often did not have the means to do so. At those points it would have been very tempting and if the tires were o.k. I probably would buy them. This is of course a situation where I have to choose between tires for safety and paying my rent on time.
