Hi /o/, I may have a chance to buy one of these from a grandma on my street. Would this be a better choice then le meme 3k Civic? Don't have many details on the car but it's a 2000-2005 model like pic related, and was only used by said grandma for her weekly errands down the street and back. It's been sitting out on the street/driveway for its entire lifetime and has some paint chipping but doesn't look too bad. What would be a good price to try and jew for?

My dad had two of these. If it starts to miss, check the coil packs. They were fairly reliable from what I remember, but one did start to leak coolant before we sold it.

Alright thanks. Any chance I could get laid driving this car?

Depends on if the coolant was changed regularly. They don't call it dexkill for no reason. Gets less mpg than a civic too.

Have that exact car, a 2001. Bought it three years ago at 42k and now it's at 101k. Outside of regular maintenance, only things I've had to do is replace a power window regulator, replace an oil pressure sensor (just for the readout, car still ran fine. 5 minute fix while changing oil), and replace a wheel hub that was starting to vibrate hard as fuck.
It purrs like a kitten and you can go 70 at 2k RPM and it's quiet as a mouse, but can also roar to quickly pass someone going 90 if you so desired. That's the real beauty in the car, long interstate driving at maximum comfort and passing power.

Having had sex twice and made out numerous times in my car, I'd say that puts me above the /o/ average.

Average around 25 combined. Not bad for a nice big comfortable sedan.

Forgot to say. I paid $5500 at 42k completely immaculate condition, new tires, and all fresh servicing. Make of that what you will.
Probably around $2.5-$3k.
