sup /o/ i know jack shit about cars adn i have an 03 Jetta 1.8t 5 speed.
I drove home last night fine, and i wake up to my car acting strainge. The clutch pedal is very loose and offers no resistance when pushing it. Also, I can leave the clutch out whilst still in gear without stall. Its like my clutch pedal does nothing. I cant even more my car if its in gear.
Wha tha fuck help a brother out so i dont go down to my VW shop and get scammed please
If the car is in gear, clutch applied and I try to move the tires simply dont spin/move. Its like m car is in neutral constantly no matter what i do. Any help would be wonderful.
Maybe a problem with the clutch master cylinder? I don't know anything about recognizing problems. But if you know nothing about cars and can't fix this problem, even if you know what's wrong or got instructions, then I think going to the garage or dealer is your only solution.
I'm assuming it's a hydraulic clutch, so if a line popped somewhere there should be some fluid under the car. Probably somewhere just behind the front wheels.

Since you say the issue just arose overnight, it could be your slave cylinder had an air pocket form or you've got a leak in either the clutch master or slave. Best bet is to bleed the fucker. Remove the boot on the slave cylinder and clamp the slave all the way in to depress it. Sure fire way to check for a leak. That's the LIKELY issue. Other issues may involve things like worn forks (unlikely considering the issue was "all of a sudden") or a bad throwout bearing. Do you get any grinding? Also the throwout beating *shouldnt* how your clutch pedal feels so quick quick hop the fuck to it, go troubleshoot and come back.
