I like the exterior and the feel of the interior on the saab. I'm 28, just got my first career job after going back for a degree. Even though a subaru is what I wanted 3 years ago, I now live in an apartment and don't really hang out with car people anymore. This is just going to tide me over for a year or two anyway, so is it really worth buying something for the aftermarket?

If you live in a place without salt on the roads, go for the Subaru. Know a few people that still drive 90's versions around, and they're more or less unkillable, except for the vast amounts of rust they get in the great white north.
