What is the most fuel efficient engine while still producing more than 100 HP? Can run on anything, as long as it is commercially accessible everywhere. IE, no electricity, hydrogen, or compressed gas, etc.

Motorcycle's are pretty fucking efficient.
Also, the M155 deuce and a halves are pretty damn efficient when you consider their weight and payload capacity. And that they can run on used motor oil, vegetable oil, meat grease, etc.
