Hi /o/, I hail from Texas, land of no fucks given and automotive freedom. However, I got an offer I couldn't refuse in California, so I'm stuck there for at least a couple years.
How do I circumvent their draconian emissions laws? Temporary cats? Greased palms? Register car in another state? I wanna go fast and CA does not want me to go fast.

Basically, if it looks stock or looks like part of an assembly that has a CARB certified sticker (in my case, CARB legal CAI mated to a larger throttlebody from another car) you're good to go.
