Well I just crashed a 2005 Scion tC and I have the option to fix it for $2000 or I can look at other cars...what do you guys think, I have always been interested in the CRX, what other cars would be nice in this $4500 price range...?

It has low miles, but that hardly redeems it of it being a budget economy car from 26 years ago. Virtually every Honda automatic in that time period sucked shit.
