No, sir this is a restaurant you need to leave
>>16389261
No because they would be limited to something like 200-500 cars that nobody could afford anyways.

>Im poor so everyone else is poor.
Nigga you underestimate how many people have spending money.
>>16389261
no it will just kill WRC
>>16389322
The OP explicitly mentioned "affordable fun sporty" cars. Homogation specials were hardly ever affordable.

Yeah but why do you think I used the Celica as an example?
Because beside the homologation GT Four model they also made consumer friendly GT variant. But the point is that they made the sporty affordable model in general. With rally spec body at least.

>Admittedly the economy has changed a lot since then and people don't have as much disposable income these days.
They do. I mean those that do. Not everyone of course.
But people actually have more money nowadays I'd say. They can afford fun cars, they just mostly choose not to.
no wouldnt make a damn

Well in that case, it's quite likely that there will end up being the homologation special which is expensive, and the normal car which is boring. Just look at the Lancer or the Impreza. Both technically fit into what you're saying.
>>16389636
Well Lancer went to shit, but Impreza (or the WRX now) is just fine, mate. I'm liking it a lot.
>>16389552
Both GT and GT4 were customer friendly and widely available.

Group A rules really need to come back.
