What are my options if I'm looking to buy the cheapest rwd car I can to do skids and tinker with on the weekends? It doesn't need to be fast, but ideally there's a good aftermarket.
Miata
90's mustang or camaro
I would say 240sx but the rice tax is pretty ridiculous on them
88-98 Chevy silverado with a manual trans.
Stfu about it being a truck, its going to be 1/3rd the cost of any rwd car and its aftermarket is YUGE

88-98 Silverados can be had for gum and pocket lint.

you're so fucking high holy shit...

Well, you can get some shitty tires with no thread left and can probably get some decent skidz since there's no weight in the back of a pick up

I hadn't even considered a drift truck until now. Now that I think about it my grandpa has an old Nissan hardbody I could probably buy off of him for pennies now that his vision is too gone to drive it. You've opened my eyes to new possibilities, anon.

Do eeet. Bonus points for more than enough space for tires and tools. You only gotta do something about the engine.
